Most tools offer some free training, from Gmail to Zoom and WhatsApp to the NHS app.
Lots of tips on how to keep safe online and thwart the scammers.
Support
Accessibility help from AbilityNet.
Local volunteers who share their skills with their own communities.
Support and advice from librarians with some digital tasks. They also have computers that can be booked and free public Wi-Fi.
With billions of other people using the internet, there are a lot of helpful guides & advice online. Try using a specific search explaining what you want to do and the model of the device you are using. Take your time reviewing the search results, some will be excellent, many won’t be.
