The Data Analyst role is a new post at Superhighways and will develop and support use of a range of data tools and systems to help small London charities and related stakeholders, collect, store, analyse and present the data they need, to shape services and influence change. 

  

About you: 

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our small friendly team to expand our inhouse data capacity and expertise. You’ll be working alongside Superhighways colleagues to help build systems and analyse data as part of our Datawise London programme and associated consultancy projects.  

You'll be as comfortable crunching numbers, analysing datasets and acting on insights as you are supporting and mentoring others. Your excellent communication skills will help non-technical staff develop the confidence and critical thinking skills they need to define system requirements and analyse internal and external data. A passion for Excel, databases and data visualisation tools is a must!

You will be enthusiastic, enjoy working on a variety of tasks, and motivated to deliver tangible outcomes. 

You’ll be a good team-player who is conscientious, well organised, and has excellent written and communication skills with a passion for helping us achieve our mission. 

You’ll have excellent foundational data skills with some experience in a similar role. There will be a range of training and development opportunities available.

Salary and benefits: 

This is an initial 6 month fixed contract (extension subject to funding) with Kingston Voluntary Action, working in the Superhighways team.

Salary £29,500 - £32,500 per annum. Full time (35hours). 

We offer generous holidays - 27 annual leave days + bank holidays and 5% pension contribution. 

 

Location:

Hybrid – a mix of remote (home working) and the KVA office in Kingston.
