Superhighways has 25 years of expertise helping charities and community organisations gain essential digital and data skills and choose the right hardware and software to run their organisations.

We run practical and technical training courses online and in-person, a year-round tech support service for members and digital inclusion projects with partners.

We build and develop websites and data platforms, both of which help fund our work and underpins cross sector collaboration across London and beyond.

Part of a charity, Kingston Voluntary Action, we understand the unique challenges and opportunities of our social impact sector.

What we offer

Who we work with

Grassroots community organisations

Around 30% of the organisations we support have incomes under £100k. We keep our services free and accessible, recognising the limited budgets and capacity of these vital, community-led groups often driven by lived experience.

Charities and social enterprises

Charities and social enterprises need effective systems and confident digital, data and tech skills to amplify their impact. We equip them with the training and tools to do just that.

Infrastructure and specialist support providers

We partner with local infrastructure and specialist tech support organisations to extend our reach. Through training, resources and advice, we help them support small organisations and share good practice.

Tech and data agencies

We co-create practical, scalable solutions with tech agencies and database platforms. Our strength lies in translating complex challenges into accessible tools that help small charities thrive.

Public sector

We support local authorities, the NHS and other public services to tackle digital exclusion and build data platforms that map the voluntary sector, by borough, across London’s Integrated Care Systems and beyond.

Funders

We offer funders deep insights into the digital, data and tech needs of small charities, highlighting their significant barriers and opportunities for strategic investment to unlock lasting community impact.
